If you are dissatisfied with your purchase from www.Y-3store.com, you may return the item in its original, unused condition with original tags and labels intact within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Footwear returns will be accepted on unworn shoes with unmarked soles. We cannot accept shoes that are returned without the original shoebox. We regret that shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please note: www.Y-3store.com is not able to return nor exchange merchandise obtained from a retailer other than www.Y-3store.com. To return merchandise purchased at a retail store, please return the product to the retail location where it was originally purchased.
Returns
Refunds will be given in the same form of payment of original purchase within 30 days of the transaction date. Send returns via certified mail, UPS, FedEx or some other form of traceable shipment. We suggest you keep tracking information until you confirm you’ve received the credit. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments. We will notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed your return. Please allow a minimum of 7 days for the refund to post to your credit card account.
Please complete the information section on the return and exchange form and enclose it with your return package, along with a copy of your order invoice slip.

Exchanges
Should you need to complete an exchange, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-9-SHOP-Y3. Exchanges will be completed and shipped within 30 days upon receipt of merchandise. If the item is sold out, products can be exchanged for an alternate. If a suitable alternative is not available at the time, you will receive a credit card refund. We’ll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed your exchange.
Please complete the return and exchange form attached to your order invoice and enclose it with your package (along with a copy of your order invoice slip) to the address listed above.
Damaged/Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at 1-866-9-SHOP-Y3. Defective products are inspected by the Quality Assurance Department and replaced if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications.
Our liability is limited to replacement of defective product. We'll replace your product with the same style and size or substitute a replacement of comparable value if the style returned is no longer available. If the merchandise received as a substitution for a defective product is unsatisfactory, please note that it must be returned to us for exchange within 30 days, unworn, in the original packaging with the tags and labels intact. Please note the life expectancy of any product depends on the individual using the product, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product are not replaced.
